appearances, winning three Russian Super League trophies in five seasons in Russia Premier League champions Leicester City have agreed a club-record £16.6m fee with CSKA Moscow for Nigerian forward Ahmed Musa.
This was disclosed by the player’s agent and confirmed by a source to BBC Sports.
A source told BBC: “Everything has been finalised and Musa will be in England for his medical on Wednesday, July 6.”
It was gathered that Musa turned down offers from Southampton, Everton and West Ham for Leicester City.

His move has also been confirmed by CSKA Moscow coach Leonid Slutsky.
“He’ll be leaving on Tuesday,” Slutsky told
the Russian media.
He added: “If you look at the way things are
done over there, you’ll see he is a player just
made for English football.”
Musa notched 54 goals in 168
appearances, winning three Russian Super
League trophies in five seasons in Russia.
He has also won 58 caps for Nigeria at
senior level, scoring 11 goals. He was
Super Eagles captain until he recently
relinquished the position to Chelsea
midfielder, John Obi Mikel.
